Pre-order Cancellation & Refund
You may cancel your pre-order anytime before shipment for a full refund. Email antoine.sylvestre@kiara-drink.com with your order number. Refunds are processed within 3 business days.
Shipping Delays
If Kiara RTD launch is delayed by more than 30 days beyond the announced date, we will proactively email all pre-order customers to confirm continued interest or arrange a refund.
After Receiving Your Order
If you receive a damaged or defective product, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund.
Refund Method
Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing time varies (credit cards: ~5-10 business days).
